The Nebraska State Patrol says a semi-tractor trailer carrying avocados turned over spilling the load on a section of I-80 in Lincoln.
Troopers say the truck went into a ditch near NW 70th St. Monday evening and the clean up took hours with the interstate down to one lane at one point.
Troopers, firefighters, and others teamed up on the effort to clean up the fruit and reopen all lanes.
