(Des Moines, IA) -- A Des Moines man is arrested a second time and charged with murder this week.
Police accused 20-year-old Joshua John Taylor of shooting another man multiple times at an apartment on Urbandale Avenue earlier this month.
It happened the morning of May 7th at the "Chad's Estates" apartment complex.
Police say Taylor shot and killed 23-year-old Dakota Toepfer.
Officers arrested Taylor on unrelated drug-related charges that same day, but on Tuesday, police arrested Taylor again and charged him with murder.
