(East Moline, IL) -- Police say 15 people and nine dogs are found living inside a house in unsanitary conditions in East Moline. They were found around 7:00 a.m. Wednesday when investigators raided the house at 724 20th Avenue. Police say they also found a pile of guns and drugs. Three men are in custody in connection with the raid, 53-year-old Darren Abney, 31-year-old Dean Johnson, and 43-year-old Leon Starberg Jr. The case remains under investigation and anyone with information is asked to call the East Moline Police Department Investigations Division at 309-752-1547 or Crime Stoppers at 309-762-9500.
