(Des Moines, IA) -- A new kids competition is coming to the 2023 Iowa State Fair.
Kids can win ribbons in the Ag Art Contest. Each drawing should be in color on 8 1/2 x 11 white paper.
The art should reflect the theme, "Farmers are Heroes." The contest will have four age divisions: 3-4 years old, 5-6 years old, 7-8 years old, and 9-12 years old.
Entries are due July 10, 2023, and should be mailed to the Iowa State Fair at PO Box 57130, Des Moines, IA 50317.
The 2023 Iowa State Fair runs August 10-20.
