(Springfield, IL) -- The state of Illinois has a new homebuyer assistance program.
The $15 million program was created to help increase home-buying accessibility for low and moderate-income families and individuals in Illinois.
The program will provide a 30-year first mortgage with a fixed interest rate and $10,000 in down payment and closing cost assistance.
