(Urbandale, IA) -- Police in Urbandale say they need help finding a missing teenager.
15-year-old Calleigh McFadden reportedly left her home June 5th at around 11 p.m. and hasn't been heard from since.
She is 5 feet 4 inches tall, white, with long black hair and green eyes.
Des Moines area bar owner Steve McFadden has shared the alert as well.
Those with information on her whereabouts are asked to call Urbandale Police and ask for Detective Randy Peterson.
