With help from Omaha firefighters, who rescued three people from a ledge, there were no injuries reported in a fire south of downtown.
The fire was around 4:15 a.m. near 15th and Hickory Streets;
One pet died and another is missing, as the investigation into the cause of the fire begins.
Arriving firefighters reported heavy fire and and smoke coming from the place.
