(Davenport, IA) -- Today millions of pounds of rubble from the partial building collapse in Davenport will be taken to a landfill. The city says about 22-million pounds of rubble are being put into a hole at the Scott County landfill. The city also says the rubble contains asbestos, so no one is being allowed to go through it. It's being put in a separate part of the landfill so it doesn't come into contact with other waste at the site.
