(Des Moines, IA) -- Des Moines Police say a suspect charged with attempted murder is in the Polk County Jail after being arrested in California.
Police say Teathloach Simon Bilim is charged in a stabbing that happened in the Court Avenue Entertainment District. Investigators say tips from the community helped identify the suspect who was arrested by the California Highway Patrol during a traffic stop near Sacramento on May 23rd. Bilim is charged with attempted murder and unrelated firearm and drug charges.
