(Plymouth County, IA) -- A driver's been cited after sludging thru 1,000 feet of freshly poured concrete in northwest Iowa. The Plymouth County Sheriff's Office says 27-year-old Abby Beck of Vermillion, South Dakota drove around a barricade on K22, northwest of LeMars. The vehicle traveled into freshly poured concrete, while the road crew was still there working. The Sheriff's Office says the woman's actions caused a tire to deflate, but she kept going. The damage to the concrete varied from cracking and chipping to more severe damage. She's been cited for failure to obey a traffic control device.
