(Davenport, IA) -- The Davenport City Council approves spending $1.2-million to clean up the building collapse at 324 Main Street. That money will be paid to the D.W. Zinser Company. This is in addition to the over $300,000 already spent by the city cleaning up the mess. The money was approved at last night's city council meeting where there was a vigil held for the victims of the collapse.
