(Davenport, IA) -- A candlelight vigil/protest honoring the three people that died in May's apartment collapse in Davenport will take place before today's city council meeting. It's scheduled for 4:30 p.m. outside Davenport City Hall at 4th and Harrison. Organizers say they will also meet after the vigil to make a complaint.
