Omaha Police say the 3-year-old child found in west Omaha's Zorinsky Lake over the weekend has died.
Officers originally responded to a missing child call at the lake Saturday night.
When officers arrived, a citizen was performing C-P-R on the child.
Officers took over lifesaving measures until Omaha Fire paramedics arrived and took the girl to a hospital in critical condition.
Police determined the girl was at a playground when she wandered off.
She was found in the lake a short time later.
