(Iowa City, IA) -- Iowa Hawkeye women's basketball Head Coach Lisa Bluder [[ BLUE-der ]] has signed a contract extension thru 2029. Bluder led Iowa to its first-ever N-C-Double-A National Championship game this past spring, and the program's second-ever Final Four. Bluder is the program's winningest coach and has taken the Hawkeye to 17-N-C-double-A tourneys.
Bluder has coached two consensus National Player of the Year award winners in Caitlin Clark (2023) and Megan Gustafson (2019).
