Iowa Gas Prices Down to Start the Week

(Iowa) -- Gas prices in Iowa are down to start the week.

Triple A reports the average price for regular unleaded in Iowa is $3.30 a gallon, down four cents from this time last week. Prices vary regionally across the state, including:

  • Des Moines: $3.24
  • Ames: $3.44
  • Cedar Rapids: $3.25
  • Iowa City: $3.38
  • Quad Cities (Iowa side): $3.26
  • Quad Cities (Illinois side): $3.67
  • Dubuque: $3.49
  • Sioux City: $3.21
  • Council Bluffs: $3.29
  • Waterloo/Cedar Falls:$3.29

The average price for regular unleaded nationally is $3.54 a gallon.
