Iowa Finance Authority Gets $15 Million In Federal Funds For Rental Homes

(Des Moines, IA) -- The Iowa Finance Authority is getting more than $15 million to build and rehabilitate 410 affordable rental homes in Iowa.

Housing projects were awarded in Ames, Burlington, Devenport, Des Moines, Dubuque, Keokuk, Mount Vernon, Sioux City, and West Burlington.

The funds come from the IRS and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
