(Des Moines, IA) -- The cost of parking in Des Moines International Airport’s main garage is going up this month.
The first 20 minutes in short term parking will still be free, but will be $2 an hour after that, double the current rate.
Long-term parking will cap at $20 a day, instead of $18.
The price hike is due to the expansion of the parking garage, which is targeted for completion by late 2024.
