Iowa Gas Prices Up Slightly to Start the Week

(Iowa) -- Gas prices in Iowa are up slightly to start the week.

Triple A reports the average price for regular unleaded in Iowa is $3.33 a gallon, up three cents from this time last week. Prices vary regionally across the state, including:

  • Des Moines: $3.36
  • Ames: $3.44
  • Iowa City: $3.39
  • Cedar Rapids: $3.32
  • Waterloo/Cedar Falls: $3.34
  • Quad Cities (Iowa side): $3.27
  • Quad Cities (Illinois side): $3.68
  • Dubuque: $3.47
  • Sioux City: $3.19
  • Council Bluffs: $3.28

The average price for regular unleaded nationally is $3.56 a gallon.
