Omaha Police identify the city's latest homicide victim.
Officers were sent to the area of 86th and "Q" Streets Sunday evening and found two shooting victims.
Investigators say 28-year old Luis Romero Rodriguez was declared dead at the scene by Omaha Fire paramedics.
Police say the second person was taken to a hospital in critical condition.
