(Omaha, NE) -- An arrest has been made in connection with a recent murder in Benson Park. Omaha police say 41-year-old Lavell Cutler is charged with 2nd-degree murder, use of a weapon to commit a felony, possession of a weapon by a prohibited person, and tampering with evidence. He's charged with the murder of 46-year-old Phillip Kuhn, who was found shot to death near 72nd Street and Military Avenue last Wednesday, August 2nd.
