(Davenport, IA) -- A Davenport man is in custody after being charged with arson. 27 year-old Zachary Wells was arrested Sunday after the Davenport Fire Department determined that a fire in the kitchen of a duplex on Harrison Street that morning was intentionally set. No one was injured in the fire. Wells is also charged with burglary and harassment.
