Omaha Mayor Jean Stothert will travel to Ireland.
She and the President of the Omaha Sister City Association will be in the City of Naas, Ireland next week to meet with newly elected Naas Mayor Bill Clear and his government.
The Omaha Mayor will return August 29th.
The goal is to establish an education exchange program.
Her office say Mayor Stothert is paying for all travel expenses, and no city money is being used.
