(Coralville, IA) -- Some traffic changes will start in Coralville on Tuesday, August 29th. Crews are working on new diverging-diamond intersections at the interchange of I-80 and 1st Avenue.
Vehicles travelling northbound on 1st Ave. and wanting to head eastbound on I-80 will move into a right turn lane north of E 9th St. then turn right at the I-80 eastbound on-ramp.
Those driving southbound on 1st Ave. and wanting to head eastbound on I-80 will take a detour to westbound lanes on I-80, take Exit 240, turn left on Coral Ridge Ave. and enter I-80 eastbound through the loop ramp.
