"Volleyball Day in Nebraska" is setting up to be a record-breaking attendance event at fabled Nebraska Memorial Stadium and, much like a football Saturday, Nebraska State Troopers will be on patrol with other law enforcement agencies and the Nebraska Department of Transportation to keep fans safe as they travel to and from the Capital City today.
Troopers will be working overtime thanks in part a grant from the Nebraska Department of Transportation – Highway Safety Office.
Troopers will be focusing on high-traffic roadways in and around Lincoln.
The Nebraska State Patrol "AirWing" will also take to the air to provide support from above.
Nebraska-Kearney versus Wayne State at 4:30; Nebraska-Lincoln against Omaha at seven.
