Omaha Police continue to investigate a shooting in the Southeast Precinct.
Officers went to the area of 19th and Vinton Streets Tuesday afternoon and found a victim they identify as 38-year old Hector Salgado-Alvarez.
Investigators say Omaha Fire paramedics took Salgado-Alvarez to a hospital with what turned out to be a non-life threatening injury.
