(Davenport, IA) -- The black community is upset after a Davenport Alderman said he received racial language from his co-workers. At a meeting last week, 5th Ward Alderman Tim Kelly said there were several times when he was called a racial slur. Members of the community are planning to complain to Mayor Mike Matson at tomorrow's Davenport city council meeting.
