Cedar Rapids Schools Approves Four Pillar Plan

(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- Cedar Rapids Schools has approved a new three-year, four-pillar strategic plan. The board set goals for increasing enrollment, providing safe schools, energizing staff, and engaging the community. Work on meeting those goals will begin immediately with benchmarks to measure success spread across the three-year timeframe. Part of the plan hinges on voters passing the board's 220-million dollar facilities bond on November 7th.
