Iowa City Seeks Input On Replacement For City Park Pool

(Iowa City, IA) -- Iowa City Council is looking for public input on a replacement for City Park Pool. A consulting firm hired by the city recommends the pool built in 1948 be replaced. The public can have its say during two community sessions Friday, October 27th. The first is between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. at Mercer Park Aquatic Center. The second starts at 5:30 p.m. at Robert E Lee Recreation Center. Focus groups are also planned. You can learn more about those by clicking here.
