Omaha Fire Investigators look for the cause of an apartment fire.
Arriving firefighters early Tuesday morning saw heavy smoke coming from an apartment unit near 109th and Western Avenue.
The fire department says everyone got out of the place before firefighters arrived, and no injuries were reported in the fire that was quickly put out.
