(Undated) -- An Iowa Pork Producer's ad campaign has become a big hit and is expanding. The campaign features several Iowa State University football players, whose last names are (Myles) Purchase, (Tyler) Moore, (Tommy) Hamman, and (Caleb) Bacon. At least one player is being added to the mix, Lineman Alec Cook.

The NIL (name, image, and likeness) deal includes $1,000 for each player plus $1,000 in pork donated to each player's hometown food pantry.

Iowa Pork says it all started when someone noticed Tommy Hammon standing next to Caleb Bacon on the football field and suggested the Iowa Pork Producers arrange an NIL deal as a promotion. Iowa Pork Spokesman Kevin Hall says pictures of the players have gone viral on social media. He says a new, updated video will be released soon.

"It's a good cause, it promotes the industry, and the hard work our pork producers do, and it's also helping to fight food insecurity in their hometowns," said Hall.
