(Marion, IA) -- One person is recovering in the hospital after at apartment fire in Marion.
Emergency crews received reports of the fire around 11:30pm Tuesday. The Marion Fire Department says the fire was at an apartment building in the 100 block of south 11th Street. Investigators say when firefighters arrived at the scene, they found the fire on the second floor and heavy smoke. One person was taken to an area hospital, though the person's identity or condition have not been released.
Investigators have yet to determine the cause of the fire.
