Iowa Town Finds Workaround For Nativity Scene On Public Property

(Toledo, IA) -- A nativity scene is back on the front lawn of the Toledo, Iowa Fire Department, with a small addition.

The display had been removed after the Freedom From Religion Foundation notified the city that having the display by itself on public property was unconstitutional.

Santa and Rudolph have been added to the display as an answer to concerns of promoting one religion over another.
