(Colona, IL) -- The Colona Fire Department is looking into what caused a fire in a home that injured one person.
A press release from the fire department says the fire happened Tuesday at around 5:30 a.m. at 26 Kershaw Court at the Colona Park Mobile Home Community.
Upon arrival, crews found a single-family mobile home with smoke and flames coming from all sides.
Fire crews used defensive fire attacks to extinguish the flames which took over 2 hours.
All occupants in the home self-evacuated.
One person was injured, however, no other details were provided.
