2023 Is Third Warmest Year On Record In Quad Cities

(Davenport, IA) -- The stats are in for 2023. The Quad Cities posted an average temperature of 54.1 degrees last year.

Justin Schulz, meteorologist with the National Weather Service, says that's the 3rd warmest year ever recorded in the Quad Cities.

He says most of the Midwest experienced a Top 10 record warm year with average temps two to three degrees above normal.
