(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- Residents of three out of five buildings at the Westhill Village apartment complex in Cedar Rapids are being evicted after city inspections found multiple structural issues.

Inspectors listed sagging floors and ceilings, cracked walls, and termite damage in three of five buildings in the complex as reasons for the evictions.

EPM Management, the landlord, has refunded January rent checks and deposits to those forced to leave. They didn't offer any details about plans for the buildings when asked by Iowa's News Now.
