No One Injured in Galesburg Apartment Fire Monday

(Galesburg, IL) -- No one is hurt after a fire at a multi-family apartment in Galesburg, Illinois.

The Galesburg Fire Department says it received reports of the fire a little before 6:30am on Monday. Investigators say four residents were trapped on a second story balcony, and firefighters had to use ladders to reach them. Eventually, a fifth occupant was rescued. All five occupants were not hurt.

Investigators say they believe the fire was set intentionally. The investigation into the fire is ongoing.
