Cedar Rapids Area Voters Approve School Levies

(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- Corridor voters approved all three Physical Plant and Equipment Levies on the ballot yesterday.

Nearly 75-percent of Linn-Marr School District voters, and nearly 77-percent of Marion School District voters were in favor of PPEL levy extensions.

In Benton, over 55-percent voted to re-instate a levy for building maintenance and equipment purchases by the School District that had expired in 2010.
