Omaha Police offer a $5,000 reward for information leading to the whereabouts of a missing elderly person. 80-year old Levi Blake was last seen in the area of 33rd and Lake Streets in August of last year.
Omaha Police have carried out numerous searches for Mr. Blake, but have run out of leads regarding his whereabouts.
Levi Blake is 5 feet 9 inches tall,150 pounds and is diagnosed with Dementia.
