Police Say Cedar Rapids Stabbing Suspect Had Prior Intent To Harm

(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- Police say a suspect who stabbed a man on a party bus Friday had history with the victim.

CRPD say thirty-two year-old Jesse Davis intended to harm 41 year-old James Morgan when he got into a fight with the man on the way back from a business trip to Des Moines.

Davis is charged with Assault, and Going Armed with Intent. Morgan is expected to recover.
