(Davenport, IA) -- The owner of a Davenport apartment building that collapsed last May killing three men is going to trial...on another charge.
Andrew Wold is opting for a jury trial on OWI charges.
Bettendorf Police say Wold smelled of alcohol and refused a breathalizer when they pulled him over the night before Thanksgiving.
His trial starts September 5th in Henry County, Iowa.
A judge agreed to move the trial due to publicity over the building collapse.
