Iowa City 2025 Budget Would Increase Services And Reduce Taxes

(Iowa City, IA) -- A proposed 2025 budget for Iowa City would increase services while giving money back to businesses and homeowners.

Funding increases for fire, police, transit, road maintenance, and employee insurance and pensions, would be balanced with a decrease in property taxes.

Iowa City City Council will hold a public hearing on the tax levy April 2nd.
