(Davenport, IA) -- A woman prosecutors say embezzled over 10-grand to renovate her own business has changed her plea.

Lorraine Beaman, the former executive director of the Freight House Farmer's Market in Davenport, is pleading not guilty after a judge threw out a plea agreement that would have avoided jail time.

She'll be back in court next Friday, April 19th.
