(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- A significant figure in the Cedar Rapids community has passed away.
Bill Quinby played a crucial role in numerous initiatives, including building the new Veterans Memorial Stadium, East Central Iowa Special Olympics, and Habitat for Humanity.
Quinby also worked with Cedar Rapids Community Theater, the Board of Ethics in Government, and many other organizations.
He was 92.
