My wife and I have been exploring the state now that we have finished unpacking and are "moved in" to our new place. So far we've been to Ankeny, Indianola and just last weekend, Boone.
I'd forgotten just how yummy pork tenderloin sandwiches are, living out west were they would look at you funny if you asked for one.
My question is, why aren't these a hit in other parts of the country?
I plan to eat my way across Iowa and if I have to visit all 900+ cities and towns, I have the rest of my life! Jannelle is a willing participant, thankfully.
