UPDATE: Missing Iowa man found in Omaha


UPDATE:    An Iowa man police say texted a series of messages to his family saying he was kidnapped, tied up,  and locked in the trunk of his car has turned up in Omaha.    

The North Liberty Police Department reports that 37-year-old Michael Graham of Coralville, and his car, were located in Omaha this (Wednesday) morning.  He is currently talking to police.

The search is on for a missing Coralville, Iowa man, who police say may have been tied up and forced into the truck of his car. 

Police say 37 year-old Michael Graham was last seen Monday in a parking lot near his place of work in North Liberty, near Hawkeye Drive and Highway 965.   Graham's family tells police they received text messages from him, indicating he had been forced into his car.

 Graham was driving a black, Volkswagon Jetta with Iowa license plates:  ELL 592.   

Authorities were able to ping his cellphone at the border of Keokuk and Washington counties but have since lost contact and believe the phone is off or dead.

Anyone who knows of Graham's whereabouts is asked to call 1-800-346-5507, the Missing Person's Clearinghouse within the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation.
