It's not often you see a Governor, a Mayor and a Chief of Police in a rap video, but, they're all part of a Des Moines activist's latest anti-gun, anti-violence message.

Rapper Will Keeps is trying to reach out to inner city "gang-bangers" in a language they understand.

He was joined by state, city, police and school officials in a news conference at the Des Moines Police Department to unveil his latest video Thursday morning.

It's called "Droppin'".
