Cedar Rapids Police have located a missing 13-year old boy.
Officers say he is Ezechiel Hatingaimana.
Hatingaimana had been last seen in the 4800 block of First Avenue Southwest of Cedar Rapids about 4:00 Tuesday afternoon.
Officials had initiated an Operation Quickfind to locate him. It was cancelled about 90 minutes later.
