Sumner is also under a Boil Order. Residents are urged not to drink the water, potable water is being supplied by the American Red Cross.

Many roads remain closed due to water over the road or the road has been washed away.

Some locations that will experience flooding include:   Sumner, Tripoli, Readlyn and Frederika.

Flooding continues in the upstream portions of the Wapsipinicon River, while the river continues to rise downstream of Independence.
