Are you doing breakfast wrong? & Political Distortion

Hailey Boudreau of the Iowa Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics joined us in the studio this morning to talk breakfast protein.  Hailey says you really need to start your day off right with anywhere from 15 to 25 grams of protein.  She brought in some steel cut oats, protein powder, powdered peanut butter, eggs, chia seeds, cashew milk and some fresh berries.  You can hear Hailey's interview below.
