Believe it or not, the article is right on the money, explaining some of the key differences between reality and allusion on issues like food labels, pesticides and G-M-O's. It points out that food is relatively inexpensive as Americans also spend among the least worldwide as a percent of income, and much less than we did in the 60's. Authors concluding the "most pervasive" myth is that most farms are a factory, as nearly 99 percent of U-S farms are family-owned.
